Behind The Name

In chemistry, covalence is the number of electron pairs an atom shares with other atoms to achieve a stable electronic configuration, typically forming a covalent bond that becomes stronger and more stable.

That’s how the modern revenue engine needs to be:

Founder’s Note

Hi Brian here, founder of Covalence Consulting.

For over 15 years I’ve led & Implemented marketing across Strategy, Content, and RevOps in multiple industries across Ireland, The UK, and Europe. I’ve operated at the intersection of brand, growth, sales, and operations: aligning campaigns to commercial goals, building executive reporting & dashboards leaders trust, and translating messy funnel data into clear, actionable, board-ready narratives.

My past experience spans:

  • Commercial Real Estate / Flex-office: strategy, performance, occupancy growth, asset positioning, broker programs, member experience, SLT reporting.

  • B2B Services & Education Management: performance messaging, CRM/process improvement, and high-stakes launches.

  • RevOps & tooling: CRM hygiene, lifecycle definitions, attribution, and reporting cadences that stick.
